How to tell if your Owlet Sock charges
Apps are the best way to check if your sock is charging. You can see the percentage remaining charge in the bottom-left corner on the settings page.
This percentage will not be displayed if the sock has a charging rate. It will instead display .
When the Owlet Sock is used, it emits different colors to signify different things. While charging, the owlet socks will blink green. Once charging is completed, the color will turn solid green.
Troubleshooting an Owlet Sock That Isn’t Charging

1. Reset the Owlet Sock
Turn off the sock completely by removing all electronic parts from the fabric sock, and then sliding it off of the base station. The sock light should turn off.
Turn the electronics around, wait for at least one second, then plug them back into the base station.
Contact technical support at the provider if the owlet socks won’t charge after the reset.
2. Test different charging cables
Check the charging cable that connects to the sock for damage. It is time to replace the charging cable if the pins or foil are bent.
Contact customer service if the warranty is still valid for a replacement.
Next, disconnect the charging cable from the sensor and plug it into the power outlet using an adapter cable. The charging cable may be faulty if the sensor does not charge.
To determine if your charging cable is defective, you can also try other cables.
3. Make sure you check the power ports at the base station
The sensor should be disconnected from the base station port. Next, connect the adapter cable to that port. If there is a problem, the Base Station will not power on.
The charging cable may be a problem if the base station doesn’t work. Resetting the Owlet Base Station may be the answer.
4. The Sensor can be used to rule out any issues
If none of these solutions work, it is necessary to replace the sensor.
